Após ser esnobado pelo Grammy, The Weeknd tem a música mais ouvida do ano

Na última semana, as indicações ao Grammy foram revelado, porém, muitos internautas acusaram a premiação de racismo após The Weeknd ser esbonado de TODAS categorias.

Dando a volta por cima, no melhor estilo, o cantor se consagrou como a voz da música mais ouvida do ano no Spotify: Blinding Lights. A faixa liderou as paradas com quase 1,6 bilhão de streams na plataforma.

No quesito álbum, o artista também não levou a pior… Atrás apenas de Bad Bunny, que levou o título de álbuns mais reproduzidos globalmente, The Weeknd ficou em segundo lugar.
